1. Introduction

Welcome to LAAMI ("we", "our", or "us"). We provide an AI-powered enterprise search and automation platform that integrates with third-party services to help users extract, search, and interact with their business data.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our website, mobile apps, and platform services (collectively, "Services").

2. Information We Collect

a. Personal Information

When you register or interact with LAAMI, we may collect:

•Name, email address, and company information
•Login credentials (via OAuth)
•Payment information (via Stripe)

b. Usage Data

We collect metadata on:

•Questions asked
•Token usage
•Integration sources connected
•Files accessed or indexed (not the file content unless explicitly permitted)

c. Connected Platforms

When you authorize LAAMI to connect to third-party services (e.g. Google Drive, Gmail, Outlook, Salesforce, Notion, HubSpot), we access your data via secure OAuth flows. The specific data accessed depends on the scopes you approve and may include:

•File metadata (name, type, size, modified date)
•File content (where explicitly permitted)
•Emails, calendar events, CRM records, notes, or documents
•User profile information for those platforms

We never access or store passwords.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

•Provide and improve our Services
•Enable secure OAuth-based connections
•Facilitate AI-powered search and chat
•Process payments and subscriptions
•Communicate product updates and service alerts
•Comply with legal requirements

Data from connectors is used solely to index and return relevant responses within LAAMI. Data may be embedded into vector stores (for semantic search), but is never shared across organizations unless explicitly configured. However this is not visible or accessible to LAAMI.

LAAMI does not use any APIs to develop, improve, or train proprietary or generalized AI and/or ML models.

Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your data.

We may share your information with:

•Service providers (e.g., OpenAI, Supabase, Stripe) under strict confidentiality
•Legal authorities if required by law
•Other users within your organization, based on team permissions

We only transmit connector data to OpenAI for the purpose of AI analysis and vector embeddings, under strict confidentiality.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

•You can delete your account and data at any time via your dashboard or by emailing support@laami.co.
•Disconnecting a connector stops future syncs. You can request deletion of previously indexed content.
•We retain backup logs for up to 30 days for security purposes.

6. Security

We use encryption (HTTPS, OAuth2.0), token obfuscation, and secure storage to protect your data. While no system is 100% secure, we take all reasonable precautions.

7. Your Rights

You may:

•Request access to your data
•Correct inaccuracies
•Revoke permissions to third-party accounts
•Delete your account and associated content

8. Cookies

We use cookies to support session management and analytics. You can control cookie preferences in your browser settings.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or dashboard alerts.
